Aid and Abetting the Enemy?
I wonder if CNN’s Brianna Keilar had to hold on to her stool when Rep. Trent Franks (R-AZ) in a recent interview opined how nuclear bombs could be hidden inside bales of marijuana smuggled into the United States by way through our sieve-like border with Mexico.
“I can suggest to you that there are national security implications here for a porous border,” Franks told CNN host Brianna Keilar on Wednesday. “We sometimes used to make the point that if someone wanted to smuggle in a dangerous weapon, even a nuclear weapon, into America, how would they do it? And the suggestion was made, well, we’ll simply hide it in a bale of marijuana.”
Has Representative Franks provided a new tactic to help “terrorists soon-to-be-drug smugglers circumvent the good work done by USBP?
Are terrorists taking notes?
Cut to: Hazmat suits protecting terrorists as they use their lead-lined gloves to toss bales of weaponised marijuana over the border, while avoiding Border Control Agents sporting US Government issued Geiger counters.
Could the inclusion of a nuclear weapon in a bale of marijuana be considered a value-add on - an incentive for smugglers to command higher prices for their product?
Though... would folks who want to acquire weed become wary if the prospects of ending up with a radiated high is more than what they bargained for. Certainly would put a new perspective on purchasing Home Grown, Made-In-America Weed,
In opening our eyes to the dangers of weaponised marijuana, Rep. Franks way well re-invigorate the lagging PGC (Personal Geiger Counter) market that had seen better days in the early 1960’s.
